Yahoo! Auto-draft - Immediate or wait 1.5 mins per pick?

I've played fantasy football for years but have never auto-drafted. I'm commissioner for a league that drafts tonight and a few managers have asked me about the auto-drafting since they'll either be late or unavailable. Do they just need to set their player rankings and that's it? Can it be set up so that their picks get drafted immediately rather than having to wait the 1.5 minutes for their picks?

It just picks the best played available (highest Yahoo ranking) and builds them a team around that.

The picks happen immediately.
