Ok Definitely reached on Peyton manning a little bit, could hurt me a little or help me a lot. I'm in a 10 team league, PPR. Each week we start a:

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, W/R, TE, K, DEF

My team is:

QB: PEYTON MANNING, JOSH FREEMAN, ELI MANNING

RB: MENDENHAL, ARIAN FOSTER, MCFADDEN, MIKE TOLBERT

WR: SANTONIO HOLMES, MARIO MANNINGHAM, MARQUES COLSTON, DANNY AMENDOLA

TE: JEREMICHAEL FINLEY, CHRIS COOLEY

K: ROB BIRONAS

DEF: CHICAGO, NY GIANTS

I knew it was going well for me, but now looking back and looking at almost all rankings of overall players, I got not only 3 out of top 10 RBs, but 3 out of top 10-12 players!

since my RB's are deep/good I only need to plug in 2 WR's each week. So i'll go with the hot hand and look to pick up some free agents that get a lot of passes their way.

Depending on if Peyton Manning only misses one week, you could have a 10 on your hands. Rating the individual positions, I would say...

QB - Peyton is still solid. If he wasn't hurt, he would easily go late 1st/early 2nd round. Hopefully he'll only miss a week or two for you. I'm not totally sold on Josh Freeman, but he could surprise. Eli Manning is solid/good. If Peyton misses only one week, I'd say you did about as well as could be expected at QB. 9/10 If Peyton is out more than a couple weeks, I'd give you a 7/10, just because Eli isn't real great and Josh Freeman is unproven, IMHO.

RB - Really good here. Like the other guy said, the rest of your league musta been napping for you to be able to get that quality. Even Mike Tolbert will probably be good for 10 TDs this year. 10/10 (I'd like to see someone else with a better stable of backs in a 10+ team league, unless you're playing with a bunch of 5-year olds)

WR - Pretty good, but not wonderful here. Holmes is solid/good to potentially fantasy stud, Manningham and Amendola are about the same level (third tier receiver) if you ask me but they should both be really fine in PPR leagues. I wouldn't bet on Amendola to have the same type of year as last year with the WR situation in STL being fairly crowded. I feel like Colston is probably slipping in fantasy value, but I hope I'm wrong because I have him in 2 out of my 5 teams this year. I'd say 7 or 8/10, depending on Amendola and Manningham mostly.

TE - Finley should be the number 1 fantasy TE this year if he stays healthy. Cooley should be a good backup, especially if he goes back to his 2004-2007 numbers. 9/10 or 10/10 here for sure.

K - Bironas is as good as any fantasy kicker. 9/10

Who'd you get for DEF? Not that it matters a whole lot either way.

As a whole, I'd give you a 8/10 or 9/10. Pretty solid all around. Mighta been able to do better at WR for a 10 team league but who knows?

Please rate my team if you feel like it :) viewtopic.php?t=494803

That's insane that you got those RBs. I'm not too worried about your QB situation, Peyton will be fine and Freeman is a good 2nd option. Try and package one of your RBs with WRs for a stud WR, as your WR group for a 10 team league is not good. Or try Holmes + Colston for a top WR. Even if it doesn't work out, trotting out your 3 stud RBs every week makes up for it. Your team is a top contender as long as Peyton is good.
