Need some advice on this starting lineup please!

Starters:
QB -- Josh Freeman
RB -- Ahmad Bradshaw, Mark Ingram
WR -- Andre Johnson, Roddy WHite
TE -- Dallas Clark
K -- Nate Kaeding
TM -- Dallas Cowboys

Bench:
QB -- Rex Grossman
RB -- Jonathan Stewart
WR -- Mike Thomas, Andre ROberts, Brian Robiskie
TE -- Heath Miller, Dustin Keller

So for right now I'm going with Ingram as flex as I don't really have much of a choice. I'm pretty screwed at the RB position. I've tried trading A. Johnson for a solid RB but nobody in my league wants to trade. The only thing I thought of, is McGahee is still available. I know that's not much but I don't know what other choince I have.

I've considered starting Mike Thomas as flex, but with the QB situation I don't think it's a smart move. ANy thoughts?

Standard scoring or PPR?

What is your line-up requirements? 1 rb, 2 wr, and 1 flex?

McGahee is not an upgrade in your starting lineup over Ingram. Based on your roster, I would stay with your starters.

However, you are carrying too many TEs, so I would drop Miller and pick up McGahee and hope that Moreno gets injured again this year. Even if he doesn't, McGahee could get some points as a TD vulture in spot starts (bye week replacement). That of course is assuming that McGahee is the best rb on the WW.
10 team, PPR, 1 qb 1rb, 2wr, 2flex (rb/wr/te), 1k, 1dst

QB: Stafford, E. Manning
RB: Peterson, Blount, Hightower, Starks, Tate, Tolbert
WR: Nicks, Wayne, Bowe, S. Johnson, M. Thomas
K: Henery
DST: Patriots

Haha thanks for your reply man! I've been meaning to drop Miller but I think I've been so worried about my RB situation that I totally forgot about it. So I just added McGahee and I also added the Browns def.

I know this doesn't fix my issue, but at least it gives me more flex then what I started with. Also it's non PPR.

I think many people are underestimating Deangelo Williams. I think he is gonna have a decent year for 3 reasons. 1. He is coming off of a short season last year so he is going to be rested, even though he was injured. 2. He just got his contract extension so he is going to have to earn his money now that he is being paid. 3. And finally, he has a rookie QB this year. Carolina is gonna rely on the ground game while $cam Newton is learning the offense.

Saying this though, Jon Fox is not Josh McDaniels. McDaniels had Denver as a pass first offense last year, whereas now Fox will run the ball more. McGahee is gonna be the goal line back and more touches and TDs in the red zone than Moreno will.
PPR league
QB - RG3, Dalton
RB - Murray, SJackson, McFadden, Tate, Bolden, Powell
WR - Calvin, Nicks, Amendola, Bess
TE - Gonzalez, Cook
