How many teams are in your league? Anyway I would defiantly want Spiller over Brown because Spiller could eventually steal some carries from Fred Jackson. Brown looks to just be a backup in Philly, so don't expect anything big there.

This is a 14 man league also should I drop Floyd or keep him am I deep enough at WR to drop him?

Grab Spiller. I think he has a chance for big upside. WR depth can be fixed by the waivers. RB depth cant.

I honestly think Floyd will give you the most production this season. But if you really like Spiller's upside this year, I would agree Floyd is the person you should drop for him.
