Just drafted- how'd I do?, Rate my team

Just finished my second money league draft in two days. The first was my first auction draft and this was a snake type draft. I had the 4th pick in a 10-team H2H league. Interestingly, I don't have one single player in common between these two teams.

We start 1QB, 3RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF
I'm pretty happy with my team. How does it look?

QB - Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning
RB - Ray Rice, Maurice Jones-Drew,Ahmad Bradshaw, Beanie Wells
WR - Greg Jennings, DeSean Jackson, Santonio Holmes, Julio Jones, Pierre Garcon
TE - Greg Olsen, Aaron Hernandez
K - Josh Brown
DEF - Pittsburgh

Thats a VERY solid team.......good job. The only thing I dont like is your TE's I would prob drop 1 of them for a te w/ some upside like Cook or Kendricks.

Normally, I wouldn't take two TE, but did so because I thought they were both a little shaky. Nobody likes Olsen this year, not sure why. He was great in Chicago before Martz. I know that Newton is a rookie, but doesn't that mean he should have to dump off to his TE more frequently? That was my thinking anyway. Hernandez has competition in NE, but I think he has a lot of upside.

I was actually targeting Owens and then Winslow, but both got snatched right before my pick. I was gambling that one of them would still be there because only one team between my two picks didn't already have a TE. Wasn't planning on somebody taking 2 TE that early.

Guys on waivers are Heap, Cooley, Gresham, Tamme, Watson, Celek, Heath Miller. Cook and Kendricks are gone. Cooley is the only guy from this list I would even consider.

I think this team looks to be in great shape. very strong starting lineup. I like Olsen this year for the same reasoning, Newton's gonna need to dump the ball a lot after failing to scramble. Your starting RB/WR are really great. Good job overall.
