Start welker? or collie, gibson, smith - WHIR

I am maybe thin at wideout with Manningham, Marshall and Welker but I think this unit may end up strong once they get on the field. Not sure if I should go with Welker but I think he is going to have his usual steady year (unlike last year).

Should I start Wes this week over one of my bench guys? I don't think so. Collie would've been possible but not with Manning out.

Thoughts?
