Sims-Walker downgraded?

I was reading this article that came out today and saw that Sims-Walker was beat out by Gibson.

Then I checked the depth charts, and the only one I found that was updated today from football guys shows him as a situational player and Gibson and Amendola as the starters. Yesterday, football guys had him as a starter. Can somebody confirm any other sources?
