I am getting a little nervous with all the Peyton Manning talk and I am wondering if I should try to get rid of Reggie Wayne... I have had a ton of success of pulling of trades in my league so I have reason to believe that I could get a top receiver.... lets say Megatron of Fitz. Should I try to do a combo trade where I give up Wayne and Addai/Matthews for another top WR?

I personally think Reggie Wayne has a great year just like he always does....hopefully Collins will look at him often...I have him and Addai and I think he does well too but maybe only in the beginning of the season....Colts as a team will be hurt bad but as individual fantasy guys, I dont think so much....
I would do Wayne/Addai for Megatron or Fitz no questions asked.
Yes Wayne MAY be OK with Collins, but there is no way Collins is even in the same country, let alone zip code as Manning, thus his value is hit hard. At the same time if Collins isn't able to stretch the field the way Peyton did then Addai's limited value in a terrible running game is squashed to almost nothing. That o-line was made to look good because of Peyton, it has a ton of holes that will show true this year without Manning tho. Expect Collins to be on his back more then his feet, thus expect Wayne, Collie, Garcon, Addai and any other back's values to drop, Clark is the only receiving option whos value should gain.
I'd combo those 2 for any of Megatron, Fitz, White or even Wallace, Miles or Jackson.
At this point I'd jump ship with any Colts receiver given Manning is now probably out for the year. Do either of those deals and never look back. Help with mine?
I would do it but there is no way in the world that'll fly unless you're in a league full of morons.
Personally I would wait it out, Colts players are at the low end of their value right now. As mentioned above Wayne is a great player and will still likely get his numbers. Don't panic and do something stupid. If you can get Fitz or Johnson do it but if you find you best offer is Jacoby Jones holdoff.

Well, frankly, I am in a league full of idiots.... I just traded Fred Jackson and Mercedes Lewis for Frank Gore.... I would only offload Wayne for AJ, Megatron, Fiz, or Nicks.... I think my team will be just fine....If Manning is out I think Wayne will still have a pretty good season... Look at Fitz last year.... he still had 90 catches and 1,100 yards...
