Ingram vs GB tonight but he's in a RBBC with Thomas and Sproles. I'm not sure how the carries will be split up, but I think Ingram is the GL back.
Matthews vs MIN, who's also in a RBBC with Tolbert, and Tolbert will definitely be the GL back.
Who should I start as my RB2 in a non-PPR 10 team standard scoring Yahoo! League.
Also should I pick up the Arizona DEF and start them over the PIT DEF for Week 1 since the Cards will be facing Cam Newton. The Browns DEF is also on the WW. Thanks

Yeah when you put in that way I'd lean towards ingram too Minn is great against the run Bad against the pass I think it'll be the phillip rivers show on sunday
Matthews just doesn't appeal to me in terms of fantasy value, and I much rather own Tolbert. I would roll with Ingram, and as far as defenses go, it's one of those things you cannot predict. I would NOT sit the Steelers D, especially if that's your drafted defense.
10 team H2H league, standard scoring [NFL.com] QB: A. Rogers RB: MJD, S. Jax, J. Starks, D. Murray, M. Bush WR: M. Wallace, B. Marshall, P. Harvin, M. Colston, L. Robinson TE: O. Daniels, J. Gresham DEF: Cowboys K: Sebastian Janikowski
Yes I know Matthews burned a lot of people last year, but... that was LAST year. He looked great at the end of the preseason. I just feel like the Packers will get out to an early lead, and Ingram might be doing a lot of pass blocking. As for the SD game, I feel SD will get up early and just wear down the Vikes D. I'm still 50/50 on Ingram and Matthews. Thanks for all the input so far, any more thoughts?
I'd say stick with the Pitt D. As bad as Carolina will be this year, I don't think the offense is bad enough to warrant picking any and all of their opponents D's for a fantasy play. While I do like Ingram at the goal line, my take is that NO will pass more in the "red zone" (which for that offense starts at the 40. Look for more big play touchdowns from Brees than short yardage punches. Matthews should have a decent year now that he won't lose carries to Sproles. Tolbert will get the goal line looks but look for Matthews to catch some passes out of the back field as an added bonus to his yards.
