Forum Newbie Needs Help Flex RB/WR Ill help back

I cant decide who to start in my Flex WR/RB slot. Here is my team, I considered starting Lloyd or Johnson over Blount. This is a 8 person Non-PPR league with a good amount of talent still available on waivers.

Second is standard PPR Yahoo league. Who should I put in flex spot?

Flex spot imo should always be started by RB. Blount has way more upside than Johnson/Lloyd.

Second option, I think Knowshon is the clear best option there. Bryant is up against a tough matchup, most people are saying Revis will be covering him.. if he doesn't Cromartie will still limit his abilities.
