Pick 2 of 3 WR Wayne/Colston/Williams(TB)

Need help deciding between WRs have two spots:

Colston vs. GB
Wayne vs. Hou
Williams vs. Det

Also have a flex spot filled by either RB Blount (vs. Det) or R. Matthews (vs. Min) typically try to fill my flex with RB but maybe someone will think I should go with one of the WR.
