Big start decision, please help.

I am playing the best team in week one and quite honestly, as bad as it is to say, I am down to trying to find the best kicker for week 1. I know they are a crapshoot at times, but I am looking for the best matchup for field goals and total point for the kicker. Thanks! The choices are:

John Kasay vs Green Bay

Rob Bironas vs Jacksonville

Id go Bironas....Jax crappy offense, will probably have a lot of 3 and outs, leaving Tenn "O" on the field a bunch, and probably settling for a bunch of field goals, since there offense isnt spectacular either.

Kasay might have a bunch of XP...but thats about it from him
