Mark Sanchez vs. Jay Cutler?

With Manning out, I'm left with my weak bench QB Sanchez. Cutler is available via waivers, but I'm not sure if I should grab him or not. I like Sanchez's receiving corps, but they are a running team. Cutler is inconsistent. What do you guys think?
