Yes, Harvin is going to have a big season. Receiving bombs from Donovan McNabb all season makes him a must starter... except this weekend.
Harvin will be up against the chargers secondary, which is the same team that dropped Cromartie and didn't miss a step. they have a tough group back there.
Jones on the other hand may only be WR #2, but against a Chicago secondary that can't put together a consistent lineup one season to the next.... and... that will be highly concerned with keeping Roddy White in check... surely this is a great chance for Jones to make a serious impact?
What do you think... #1 WR against a tough defense or #2 WR against a poor defense?
I have Jones on my bench, but having a hard time sitting him. I think Cobb showed last night that rookies can be effective. Either person you play will be fine.
I would have to say that the safer pick would be Harvin, even though he will be up against the tougher defense only because Jones is a rookie, lets see if he proves himself first. Although, if your a gambeling man, then go with Jones ... he is either gonna get you some great points or tank all together!
