HELP PLEASE!! Rodgers for Rice Trade (whir)

I'm in a 2 QB, PPR reception league. The deal on the table is I would send Aaron Rodgers, Beanie Wells and Colston and receive in return Ray Rice, Vincent Jackson and Joe Flacco. Should I do it? Here's my current team:

QB1: Rodgers
QB2: Eli Manning

RB 1: Drew
RB 2: Felix Jones
RB 3: Beanie Wells

WR 1: Andre Johnson
WR 2: Santonio Holmes
WR 3: Colston

TE: Finley

BENCH: Henne, Addai, Pierre Thomas, Garcon, Hernandez
