As much as I think you may being giving up a bit more overall value then you should, I would do it simply because you almost have to.

Beanie Wells is a walking injury waiting to happen and Bush is in a timeshare in Miami at best. You have to get more solid at RB and Rice is definitely a huge upgrade for your running core. I'd do this and beef up your backfield before you NEED to.

I would make this trade in a heartbeat. Ray Rice and Beanie will put up solid numbers every week for you. Look for guys like Greg Little, Demaryius Thomas (mid season), Danarious Moore, Jordan Norwood on the waiver wire and play the matchups for that third WR slot. Evans and Plax have potential for solid WR3 numbers and Ford is super exciting player. Ford will be like Santana Moss though, big weeks and bad weeks.

if its a ppr league id say keeping bush is a safe bet. the fins made it chear there not impressed with thomas and bush is coming off a long break of not being injured and is feeling really good. if its non ppr id go for rice just to be safe. hope this helps.
