This really seems like a trade just to trade. The drop off from Blount to Jackson will be about the same as the upgrade from Ocho to Harvin. Honestly, I wouldn't do it.

Having 3 feature-type backs in a league where you can start 3 RBs seems like an advantage. It's easy to get a flashy receiver at that "Flex-type" spot but it's so often boom or bust. Your 3 backs should get plenty of carries and looks in the red-zone.
I like C.J. Spiller, and the Bills seem to, too; having drafted him so high. I think he'll start eating into FJax's carries sooner or later.
I'm pretty high on Harvin right now, but unless this is a PPR league I don't see it working out very well. Blount has been a beast for a while now(if you include his time at Oregon). I personally think it'll be tough to turn your depth into a 2nd WR. Luckily I think your HBs will get around 26 TDs this year and it shouldn't be a huge issue. Look for a FA wideout early in the season and hope your ground attack can carry you to that point. Your team looks strong, so I wouldn't be too concerned.
Also keep in mind that trading Blount for Harvin and FJax may be a huge coup for this guy. I targeted Blount pretty heavily this year, if you're willing to trade him I'm sure you can find a better offer.
