Need some trade advice

Ok the guy with Peyton Manning in my league is obviously screwed. We are in a deep league so he is forced to pick up Kerry Collins as his full time starter or go with Matt Cassell. Let me post his lineup:

QB - Collins
RB - Rice, Bradshaw, Grant
WR - Fitz, Hester
TE - Gronkowski
K - Josh Brown
Jets Defense

Bench - Maclin, Garcon, Sproles, Steve Smith, Cassell

Now let me post my line up:

QB - Stafford
RB - AD, MJD, Tolbert
WR - Wallace, Lloyd
TE - Gates
K - Alex Henry
Defense - Ravens

Bench - Josh Freeman , Lynch, Plaxico, Deion Branch, Gerhart, Deji KaRIM, Kendall Hunter.

Here is my question. Should I gambe and offer him one of my qbs for fitz? I know it's risky, but if I offer him freeman for fitz and stafford stays healthy all year then I think I'm winning my league. If you were him, would you accept this trade or just roll with Collins / Cassell? Advice?
