Honestly, I feel like you could get more for Ryan.

Pitt D is solid though and if you want to make the trade go with Hightower. He is due for a nice year.

They obviously need the trade more than you. Make your own deal just don't take what he gives you. I think you can do better than that. Maybe wait until next week since Ryan is likely to have a strong game on Sunday and his value may increase by then.
