Kolb for M. Williams?

Would you trade Kolb for M. Williams? I think it balances my team since I am weak at WR. Just nervous relying on Matt Ryan all year. Here's my team:

QB: Matt Ryan, Kevin Kolb
RB: Ray Rice, Darren McFadden, Jahvid Best, Brandon Jacobs, Thomas Jones, Deji Karim, Chester Taylor
WR: Vincent Jackson, Santana Moss, Mike Sims-Walker, Davone Bess
TE: Jermichael Finley
D: Packers
K: Matt Bryant

If so, who should I pick up on the WW as a back-up QB (options below)? I would drop Taylor.

Is this for Tampa Mike Williams, or Seattle Mike Williams?

If it's Tampa Mike then I think this is a no-brainer. If it's for Seattle Mike then it makes it a much tougher decision.
