Interesting query, between the MAN in the Beanie in AZ and the former man of sorts, but Hightower fumbled too often for Whisenhunt's liking...
I have GOT to believe that after seeing the way the Skins "new-look" O-line run-blocked for Hightower, a one-cut burner, who appears to be PERFECT for Shanny's system, that can and will continue AT HOME vs the G-Men on sunday. Chris Wells SHOULD see the rock a lot too vs a Carolina team that appears to be in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes to me...OR --- It just COULD be the Kevin Kolb to Fitz show at home vs the Panthers, with Beanie to spin the clock at the end. I do like Wells over some others this week, just not Tim Hightower...hmmmm...
Something just tells me that Hightower is chomping at the bit to pick up where he left off in preseason, breaking off HUGE cut-back gains and two 30+yd TDs virtually untouched... the G-Men ARE shorthanded at the 2nd-level (linebacking corps/2ndary) I believe, and I see the Skins competing and MAAAYBE even winning their opener---as long as Hightower gets 15+touches. Tim also catches the ball well too, and I expect Rex to be dinking and dunking a plenty. 2 scores would not be out of the question for Hightower at home on sunday, that's what my brain AND my gut are telling me.
