I hate Rice's matchup too. That said, I'd start him in both leagues too. I just feel like it's too early to bail on a top 5 pick regardless of matchup.
You have some very nice options there. Your RBs in both leagues look pretty solid... HOWEVER--- I saw what the NFL Network Dorks said about RRice too, that he sucks against PITT... SCREW THEM. If ya drafted Rice in the 1st/2nd round, START HIM. BALT has a NEW, very physical fullback now --- his name escapes me --- but as tempting as it looks, based purely on Rice's last yrs struggles vs/@ PITT, you've just got to start him this time. BALT means BUSINESS this year, all their acquisitions looked to me like all were to specifically BEAT THE STEELERS. BMarsh will get doubled ALL DAY against New England and Bess will have the bigger day imo, and while I like Mario @ Wash (sans landry I might add), Rice will get 20+ touches, Mario/BMarsh/Plexiglass may not see 20 targets all totaled!
ROLL WITH YER STUDS WK #1...

Vonta Leach. Fosters old FB. Still don't think he's enough for Rice to put up stellar numbers vs Pitt though. Will he do well? Perhaps, but I think Hightowers match-up is too good to pass up.
I would def play RRice in your flex over those receivers though with the choices you have. In that situation I feel it's worth it to play him. In mine I'm def starting a QB at flex so I can only choose 2 RB's
10 Team QB Flex 1PPR - Week 3

Thank you beastykato --- VONTA LEACH. Supreme bad-ass, and he does not steal carries like Leron McClain used to. Leach may be a huge reason why Foster had the year that he had last season, and don't fergit, PITT already had issues trying to slow down Hightower in the first preseason game against my Skins, so yes, Tim H. is also a good start... yeah, kato is right, Hightower in the one league and Rice as the flex in the other, that kinda covers your bases. You simply cannot sit Rice in BOTH leagues however. Give lil Ray a lil LOVE!
Is it a ppr league? If so, Start Ray Rice and be content when he gets you 10 points (bad game) because of the tough D he played, or be happy if he gets you 15, or be ecstatic if he gets you 20+. That's how I'm approaching it this week. Good luck!
Thanks guys. I THINK I'm going to play Ray this week. I've already bet lunch with a homer Ravens co-worker that Manningham gets more points but I do also subscribe to you never bench your studs.............unless someone can talk me out of it LOL.
