hey i have a choice of 1 and i have 3
minn. // plays san diego rivers got sacked alot too..if i remember right..their O.line isnt great
atl. // plays chicago i hear they have lots of holes to fill + cutler most sacked QB last year
ariz. // plays carolina they are pretty bad

plz i can only choose 1 in my ppr league ..i get points for punt returns and kick returns..so who do you like? and thx!

Well, I definitely wouldn't pick a defense going against a high powered offense like San Diego, so Minny is out.

I'm personally starting Arizona in one of my leagues, and feel pretty confident that they'll be able to capitalize on the mistakes of Newton's first NFL game. Cutler does have those games were he gets sacked and intercepted a lot, but I've also seen Cutler put up huge points. Until I see Dalton/Cincy or Newton/Panthers put up points this year, I'll feel confident chooses Defenses that play them.

Atl is your best option this week. The bears O line did not get any better over the offseason and Minn has a solid D but the secondary is weak and they are facing Rivers.

I like the Cards DST and Im starting them this week over the Ravens DST. Also the Cards have some good longterm value because of their schedule and are some what of a proven unit based on last years stats.
