PPR Flex, Fred Jackson vs Davone Bess?

Not sure who I should start in a PPR Flex Play, Fred Jackson or Davone Bess. Help appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have punt return yards etc...? I believe Bess is set to return... that could make a difference...

I think I would still go with Jackson though.
