So FFC start/sit has Arizona ranked super high based on Cam Newton starting for Carolina. Is this a general acceptance that starting Arizona Def. this week is definitely a good idea? I currently have Chargers Def, but would have to drop them for Arizona. They were a crap pick anyways.
It's a defense after all, if you can play the matchup, (unless you have a top 5-7 D already) do so. I would definitely do it. How deep is your league though? Would you be stuck with Arizona's defense and have no available options if SD's was plucked from WW?
Arizona. Unless Carolina's offense can prove to produce at all and avoid turnovers, playing a defensive matchup against them all season is a great strategy. I did it last year and would often have over 15 pts of production out of my defense. Just keep an eye on it.

I originally had Arizona this week for my D. I actually dropped them for the Chargers. While the Cardinals did have one of the higher scoring fantasy defences last year, they did give up a lot of points and a lot of rushing yards. The Chargers tend to have a lot of good defensive efforts at home. I feel like that against the Vikings they will do well.
Didn't even factor who the Chargers were playing this week, much less at home. McNabb will throw them picks, and if he doesn't, someone will turn the ball over to them. Coin Toss IMO.

Im gonna sleep on it and hopefully stick the right team in. Staying with chargers for now. I think your safe starting either team though.
i was listening to radio and if you pick a team playing sea, cin, carolina, or even jaxonville i would pick there opponents...
SF is against Sea Cleveland is against Cincinatti Ari is against Carolina Titans are against Jaxonville
so San fran, cleveland, ARizona, or titans are all probably gonna be good.......... if you waiver wire def week to week the teams playing cin,sea,carolina, or jaxonville would be good pick ups...
