Two Leagues, many questions.. ***WHIR***

Rosters are below. I asked a few days ago, but I'm still confused as to who I should be going with in my PPR league, its a 12 team, 1ppr. Need a RB, WR, and a Flex. Options are between:
Reggie Bush vs. NE
Jahvid Best @ TBB
Brandon Marshall vs. NE
Reggie Wayne @ HOU

In my standard league, I'm hearing a bunch about how Dez will be on Revis Island this weekend, which scares me especially with him having a late start. Should I go with the, yet unproven, Julio Jones against what looks to be at least a size mismatched Chicago secondary?

Also, I'm going on the assumption that Foster is a no go, if he does, then this next section is moot. Should I then go with either Julio or Dez, whoever I dont start at WR, or Ben Tate. I think Ben Tate is obviously the more talented between he and Ward, but yet Ward is getting the start if Foster sits. I believe Foster will sit, as Houston should feel as though they can win this game without risking further injury to Foster. Should I go with Dez/Julio or Ben Tate??

For league # 1:
id roll with Best, Marshall and Wayne.

#2...Jones and Bryant.... Tates 2 much of a risk imo for week 1.

so you wouldnt start him at WR2 but you'd start him at the Flex?

another side question, this if for people in Yahoo! leagues with WW. if the settings say "Weekly rolling list based on standings" do the WW positions reset each week reguardless of if you use it or not?
