I'm in the same boat in one of my leagues. I'm leaning toward Matthews based on upside. Jackson doesn't pop off and virtually promises mediocre stats. I only drafted him personally because he dropped so far in my draft it was not sensible to not pick him up.

Bottom line, Fantasy Football is fun. Roll the dice and go with Matthews and hope Tolbert doesn't screw you over.
