who should i put on WR3

With Manning's absence, i am debating if i should keep Reggie Wayne on WR3 or replace with Mario Manningham?
i also have Deion Branch on bench

Johnny Knox and Greg Little are both FA (Knox still not starter, and Little is risky)

WR1 is G.Jenning which is locked, WR2 is Andre Johnson and of course he is a starter.
Please help me.
