I would say to pickup ward IF you had an EXTRA spot, but I would NOT drop Tate to get him. If you can't free up the extra spot I think it's close between Tolbert and Tate. Tolbert may get some short yardage carries and goal line, but they do like Tate in Hou - advantage to Tate.
QB is much clearer in my eyes, Romo all the way. I expect big things form him this year. He has Austin, Bryant, and Witten to throw to!
It's a toss up, but I actually like Ward. He's definitely getting the ball while you can't say that about Tolbert. Tolbert is the better back, I just like Ward's situation much better this week. As for qb, I go romo. I know the Jets D will be tough, but I just don't trust Cutler to not throw as many picks as td's.
