QB Help

My QBs right now are Ryan and Bradford. Should I:

a. Drop Bradford for Kolb or Cutler (both available)
b. Try to trade Ryan and one of my WRs (D-Jax, Austin, TB Williams, Britt) for Brady (the team's WRs are Dez, Colston, and Floyd)
c. Try to do both
d. Just stay put

This is non-PPR.
