WW Add:Fitzpatrick of Newtown?? WHIR

My teams posted in my signature...
landed Peyton Manning in the 7th round weeks ago, and also have Big Ben... but with Manning likely being out a majority of the season and Big Bens awful performance yesterday against Baltimore, im searching for a viable QB2.
4 pts for passing TD/ 6 pts rushing/ 1 pt 30 yds passing/ bonus for 300+ yds

Who should i target as a pickup? Cam Newton or Ryan Fitzpatrick?


Newton had a monster debut, but i dont expect him to post those types of stats weekly...but his upside and added rushing ability makes him an intriguing option.

Fitz quietly produces decent numbers on a fairly consistent basis since becoming the starter last season.

Fitz did it last year, and looked really good 1st game, I'm getting Fitz here over a rookie, especially with the 300 yard bonus..I could see Fitz getting that pretty consitantly, where Cam will be hit or miss, Cam is going to have some very bad games this season.

I agree with this. Fitz has proven that he can produce under bad conditions and you really have to feel that Newton is going to be inconsistent this year.
