Add Gresham or Watson? WHIR

Tight End is an obvious headache for me, I knew this after my draft, I feel I have 2 upside options, I just don't have the patience to wait week after week for one of them to breakout.

I'm looking to add Jermaine Gresham or Benjamin Watson

Who would you drop and which to add? Or....would you wait?

I have an idea of what I want to do but I'd like to hear some opinions. My leauge uses FAAB budget so I'm going to claim both at the same price and drop the same player, issue is who you value higher and who to drop.
