Would it be worth picking up Chandler and dropping Zach Miller?

chandler is 6-7 on a subpar team, but i like fitzpatrick much more than jackson, its a gamble but miller put himself in the worst situation possible. I see seattle in the running for luck. other te options would be fred davis and gresham but chandler is a td hawkeye and i see him doing well go for it but consider the other options as well
