Roddy White & LT for Welker/ Hightower

PPR league.

How uneven is this trade?

White>Welker of course
Hightower>LT
LT is going to be backup for now, but in PPR might still have some value
Id say White/LT over Welker/Hightower
Unless you need RBs more than WRs, than the other way, but in PPR White will do very well

Even though you really need RB's, I dont like the fact that you are giving up the best player in the deal. I would try and pursue another trade.
