Should I be worried about my RB's? WHIR 100%

Postby ATLbraves » Mon Sep 12, 2011 4:18 pm

I know I've asked this question a couple of times already. But now after seeing how they played in their first games, I'm really concerned. Should I be worried about my RB corp, and start trying to make a trade again? Or should I just wait it out and see how they look again in week 2?

12 team H2H PPR (.5)

Starting Roster:
QB - Matt Ryan
WR - Roddy White
WR - Mike Williams (TB)
WR - Greg Jennings
RB - DeAngelo Williams
RB - LeGarrette Blount
TE - Jason Witten
WR/RB/TE - Knowshon Moreno

Bench:
Miles Austin
(Dal - WR)
Johnny Knox
(Chi - WR)
Daniel Thomas
(Mia - RB)
Stevie Johnson
(Buf - WR)
Marshawn Lynch
(Sea - RB)

I'd look into some trades. I've never been big on Williams though lol See what kind of upgrades you can get.

I do like Blount and would hold on to him a little longer and see how he fares..

Your RBs are not the strongest for sure but I would wait a week or two before I make a big move. I think Blount is the best RB you have. Cam Newton looks like he may take some touches from Dwill. If I was going to move one of your RBs I would move Moreno. I have a feeling living in Denver that Moreno and McGehee will be in a 60-40 type time share soon. I would try to move him but for a good price of course. Good Luck!

I would look to move Dwill + a Wr ( since you have 5 legit starters) for a better HB ASAP

Help?

You have a strong WR core... I'd try to package one with Moreno or Dwill for an upgrade for sure.

Hold onto Blount tho

Yeah everything I hear is that people in Denver have all but given up on Moreno, as they finally realized hes a wuss. On the D Will thing. I think that if Newton plays anywhere close to what he did Sunday, then Williams will be fine. I did own him last year however and he disappointed me just about every single week. I would do what the others are saying and package a WR and a RB for a better RB. Keep Blount IMO.

i would also look to package one of your strong WR and maybe denangelo to see if you can upgrade at your RB position. see if you could package like a Greg Jennings and DeAngelo for like Mendenhall, or like a Stevie Johnson and DeAngelo for Matt Forte. Something along those lines but yeah you def need to upgrade your RBs

I agree with everyone else. Package DWill and a WR such as Williams or Johnson for a top 15 RB.

I would be concerned but With Cam playing that good I think the Def's are not going to be able to just load the box on Dwill so give him another week. However Blount looked really really bad and Buc's were really quick to give him the hook. I own Blount and im gonna give him 2 more weeks and see what happens. Besides his value is so low right now im not sure what you could even get for him. Thanks for the help w/ mine. :-)
