Week 1 WW help

I've been playing ff for a while, but this is the first time I've had to use an actual ww. I currently have the #2 WW, but am in line to win this week and end up in 1st overall. My league has settings as "Waiver Type - Weekly rolling list based on standings." Will I lose my #2 if I don't use it this week and end up at the bottom of the list?

I ask this as I do not have S.Jax and was thinking about grabbing Cadillac for this week. My other backs are McCoy, Best, Bush, and I also have Tate if Foster doesn't go this week. If I will lose my spot regardless, I figured I might as well grab him, especially since my opponent this week as Foster so he may grab him as his RB's are extremely weak.

If they reset weekly based on settings I do believe you will lose the claim when rankings change. I've never played in these exact settings so I'm not sure if it will take advantage right away, but you might as well place a claim in early because after a win you will not be as high as number 2 regardless of when it changes (this waiver period or the next)

yes i would pick up caddy, who know how long jax leg will be hurt. quad takes longer to heal that a hammy. Thanks for the help on mine.

So everyone seems to believe I'd lose my #2 Ww position if I don't use it correct?

If the WW priority is based on standings then yes I do believe you will lose the #2 slot you have now. So I would go g\after Caddy....I would probably drop Thomas or Smith.
