If this is a ppr league, then I like the trade for Best. If it is not I would stay away. Most of his value comes from receptions. As for dropping Caddy for Ingram. I prob. would not. I see Caddy as a decent play if SJax is really hurt and a quad to a RB is bad.
I would drop NE d for Ingram. You do not need 2 d's

I would do the trade and pickup ingram for williams. then start charles, best, ingram, jennings, white every week
