Ok, I know this may sound like a no brainer, but hear me out.
I got Drew Brees coming off a 400 yard game going against a tough Bears D that shut Matt Ryan down.
And I got Mathew Stafford, who has tremendous upside, coming off a 300 yard game, goin' against a Chiefs secondary that will be without Eric Berry.
What ya'll think?

IMO, the only reason Drew Brees threw for that much is because he was playing catch-up with Rodgers. I have a feeling that if the Saints are playing with a lead, they will go to the running game more for clock management. There's a good chance that may happen against the Bears.
The Lions, on the other hand, will be one of the more pass-happy offenses in the league this season and facing the Chiefs that got obliterated by Ryan Fitzpatrick is just a tasty matchup written all over it.
The safe pick is definitely Brees, but I think this is a great week to play Stafford.

Normally Brees is a no brainer, but he is going up against a chicago defense that stifled a supposedly solid atlanta offense by not allowing a single offensive touchdown.
However, the Saints offense is obviously much different than the falcons and Brees tends to get his points no matter what.

I'm kinda of leaning to Stafford since Brees' receivers are hurt, but I feel like if I bench Brees he is gonna make me pay for it.
