BIG DRAFT QUESTION- Steven Jackson for Matt Stafford?

Here is my current team. I have Philip Rivers and Matt Stafford, and want to trade one as I feel they are both too valuable to sit on the bench.

I've been offered Steven Jackson for Stafford. Would this be a good trade? I know he's injured, but I feel like I need a RB that's not Green-Ellis to start regularly. If not, what do I need?

You have guys on your roster that are more name than bang. SJax is hurt but will only miss a couple weeks and your trading a backup QB for a high end #2 low end #1 back you have to make that move.
