Here is my full team: [12 team league]
QB: Tony Romo
RBs: Ahmad Brasdhaw, LeGarrette Blount, Tim Hightower, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Michael Bush, Darren Sproles
WRs/TEs: Mike Williams-TB, Reggie Wayne, Brandon Lloyd, Brandon Marshall, Jared Cook, Roy Williams
I start:
(1) QB ; (2) RB ; (2) WR ; (2) WR/RB/TE Flex ; (1) K ; (1) DEF
25 Yards Pass = 1 Point
10 Yards Rec/Rush = 1 Point
.5 PPR
All TDs = 6 Points
I have been offered:
Mike Williams-TB (I give)
FOR
Felix Jones (I get)
My team doesn't have any elite players so in this format, I'd assume RBs are valuable to stock up on. Plus, Blount sucks in PPR and no one's really offering any elite talent. The best I could do is stock up on #2RBs like Jones, right? I lost by 40 in Week 1 but I scored the 4th amount of points with this lineup. I'm trying to pull off a secondary deal to shore up my WRs by moving someone from my deeper RB corp (Hightower, Law Firm or Sproles/Bush).
What's puzzling is that HERE is my opponent's team:
QB: Schaub, Peyton Manning
RBs: Rashard Mendenhall, Felix Jones, Bernard Scott, Roy Helu,
WRs: Roddy White, Dwayne Bowe, Johnny Knox, Mercedes Lewis, Danario Alexander
So, unless he has something else on the table that he's about to agree upon, trading away Felix Jones would basically decimate his RB group outside of Mendenhall. He lost big in Week 1 and scored the 2nd fewest points in my league.
What's my best approach here?
