Help With Week 2

Postby futbol57102at » Tue Sep 13, 2011 12:59 pm

Hi, I just came off of a week 1 win with my team, but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on how I could improve it, whether it be w/ bench/starter moves or waiver pickups?
BTW, I'm in an 8 team league on ESPN.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Currently starting:

Drew Brees QB
Frank Gore RB
Ahmad Bradshaw RB
James Starks RB/WR Flex
Reggie Wayne WR
Brandon Lloyd WR
Rob Gronkowski TE
Ravens D/ST
Steven Gostkowski K

Arian Foster RB (will start if healthy)
Marques Colston WR (not sure if I should dump him for someone else due to being out ~4 wks)
Josh Freeman QB (should I drop and try to pick up Fitzpatrick,Newton, or another on waivers?)
Percy Harvin WR
CJ Spiller RB

hello and welcome to the forum :-) I think your team look pretty solid and wouldnt drop antone just yet, it was only one game so there is no need to get over excited or down about anyone just yet. That a common rookie mistake and I promise you there is long time player like myself just waiting for you to slip up. The best time to trade a player is after a really good game becuase everyone is really excited and wants them at any cost, now reverse time to get a play is after they have a bad game. Now i dont own Wayne but if i did i would look to trade him because i think last week might have been one of his better games of the year without Manning. I would bundle Wayne and Starks for an upgrade at wr. ;-D
