Should I start P Rivers who is a top 5 QB who is going up against a very good Patriots Defense even though he let up 2 interceptions against Minnesota, or should I start Joe Flacco who is going up against a decent Titans defense hoping that last week wasn't just a flash in the pan?

I'm feeling Ryan as well; I don't think Cutler can handle the Saints D anywhere near as well as Rodgers did, and Manning (I'm assuming you mean Eli) has a less than spectacular offensive line to hide behind, and his favorite target is questionable so I definately avoid him.
