I think Pettigrew. Detroit is pass-happy and you may be looking at a high scoring game if KC can put together a better offensive showing than last week.
I have the same two TE's so I defrinately feel your pain, especially since I only lost by a handfull of points, D. Bowe only scored 1 and Welker was on my bench (still cussing at that one).
I'm liking Davis more on this one. Detriot is more of a pass happy team, but they are going into a D that is decent against a passing offense; Dallas on the other hand can stop any running offense you throw at them, but they rather suck against a passing game. I see Davis getting slightly more points than Pettigrew.
Fwiw, Pettigrew should have had a TD in week 1, Detroit is a very pass-happy team. I'd stick with Pettigrew, did you see what Chandler did to Kansas City? Alex Smith last time I checked is still the 49ers QB and I'm hard pressed to trust any of his receiving options.
Pettigrew. WAY better QB throwing to him. Vernon might get targeted more since he's their best receiver, but it's only .33 PPR so I'm not concerned with targets as much as I am with effectiveness.
i would go with pettigrew...he does have a better qb and the dallas defense would probably put a hold on any vernon davis yac. although vernon davis will probably get a healthy amount of targets.
For me its a coin flip on this one. I'd lean towards Davis though, 49,s likely to fall behind and the pass will be on. Vernon is arguably their #1 receiving threat...

yes, but with C. Johnson injured maybe out, then Pettigrew will prob be one of their top targets as well!
