Thinking about offering S. Smith for Mendenhall? Basically just wondering if you all think that S. Smith's performance was a fluke? If not then he maw have a monster year... Can Mendenhall bounce back or are the Steelers really that bad this year?

despite how bad Mendenhall and Steeler is on week1, Mendenhall is still a top10 RB
elite player bust, but 1 bad week shouldn't be the judge.
Roddy, Gore both had bad week1, i won't trade Roddy for Tolbert or Gore for C.Henne
you should take his offer and run.
imo, he either truly believe S. Smith+Newton will become new Rodger+Jenning or Manning+Wayne, or he just underestimate Mendenhall by looking at his week1 performance.
