Brady for Chris Johnson

Hey guys, I accidentally posted this elsewhere so I wanted to get this into the proper forum.

Format: .5 PPR, all TD's 6 points, all else standard, start qb/rb/rb/flex/wr/wr/te/dst/k
My Team is
QB - Brady, Bradford
RB - Best, Addai, Jacobs, Harrison, Hardesty, Harrison, Murray
WR - Megatron, Nicks, Collie, A.Brown
TE - Gates, Olsen

The offer to me is:
My Brady and Addai
His Chris Johnson and Flacco

What do you think about this? I'm hurting at RB and this rounds out my team pretty nicely but I have a nagging feeling about the Pats offense this year.

Should I take this and run or what? Is it as obvious as it looks?

I would not get anywhere near this trade! CJ2K is going to be hit and miss all year, Brady is good for 25 points every single week, they just dont run the ball ever and the Titans are terrible offensively besides Johnson. No Way!
