I traded my McCoy for CJ.............good or bad? It's a o.5 ppr league

I think it's a good move, just hope that CJ gets more carries next week and that Tennessee isn't playing from behind most of the season.

Eh, I dont know. CJ didnt look good last week. I know he will get it turned around, its just how long is that going to take is the question. If they were both in top notch shape then its easy. But last week McCoy looked great and CJ didnt. I cant fault you for the trade though, I would probably do it too. CJ can win weeks all my himself, McCoy cant.
