here is my proposed trade: schaub, andre johnson, britt and blount for mendenhall, tony romo, percy harvin, and d mcfadden

On paper it looks good for me, real good, because im pretty weak with my backs.. BUT i'd be losing the schaub/johnson connection, foster is questionable so better stats for my two texans, britt could have a really really good year with his new qb. without britt and johnson i would then be really weak with my wr, but could maybe acquire a good one using wells, moreno, or hightower.

HELP PLEASE !

Basically you are going from a starting lineup of

QB- Schaub
WR- Andre
WR- Calvin
RB- Hightower
RB- Wells
TE- Witten
WR/RB- Blount/Moreno

to

QB- Romo
WR- Calvin
WR- Harvin/Moss
RB- Mendenhall
RB- McFadden
TE- Witten
WR/RB- Hightower/Wells

You're downgrading at WR2, but you're upgrading at QB, both RB positions, and WR/RB

Furthermore you're getting 2 top 10 RBs and a top 7 QB while giving up admittedly a top 5 WR and a top 15-20ish WR, and a top 12 QB.

To me it's a no-brainer unless there are scoring system considerations I'm not aware of.

So the trade went through... but a modified version. He got Schaub, Blount, and Britt. I got Romocop, Mendenhall and Harvin..

starting lineup now looks like:

Romo
Megatron
Optimus (andre johnson)
Mendenhall
Hightower
Witten
Moreno

bench:
Beanie
P Harvin
Santana Moss (soon to be dropped for Cam Newton, hopefully..)

thanks ! As good of a trade that was (and steal..) i'm still not quite content. I still want a better rb2 than moreno, high, or beanie. prolly gna try and see if i can land another top 10 back and trade one of those 3 backs

thanks ! I was thinkin of beanie as my top priority to keep, but its difficult to decide who should go, moreno (who got injured game 1 and is splittin wit willis) or tim hightower
