2nd on Waivers

I'm in a league where waivers are reset each week to reverse of standings so I figure I might as well take advantage of my 2nd waiver position. My current team is in a 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 flex league non ppr, passing TD 4 points.

I will be dropping atleast one defense and picking up a new one based on favorable match up. I have two middle tier QBs but I don't know that anyone available is better. I could use a pickup as trade bait to upgrade my QB? Here are the top players on waivers by position. Please help!
