Start Matt Ryan against the Eagles?

Do i risk starting Matt Ryan against the Eagles secondary after the poor week he had last week?
I dont currently have a backup, so I would need to drop a player.

Chad Henne
Ryan Fitzpatrick
Rex Grossman
Keven Kolb
Matt Hasselbeck
Colt McCoy

Would you drop Lance Moore, Jonathan Stewart, or Nate Burleson for any of these guys? Or would you just risk starting Matt Ryan this week?
