Dez Bryant or Mike Williams (for Colston/Tolbert)?

Postby KHowe » Wed Sep 14, 2011 9:23 am

I need WR help in my starting squad. Someone, unbelievably, dropped Colston so I picked him up. However, it doesn't help me until he gets better. I think I'll make the playoffs, so holding on to Colston is certainly an option, but I think I can work him in a trade with Tolbert for either Dez Bryant or Mike Williams. I already have Romo/Austin, so I dont know if it's a good or bad move to pick up Dez, but he looks like he'll be a monster.

My concern is whether Bryant can stay healthy or not. Also, I'm doing the right thing by selling him on Tolbert, right?

So. Williams, or Bryant?

I'd make the trade for Williams. It's unlikely that Austin and Dez both blow up in the same week, so when one has a big game the other will be ordinary. That's also a lot of eggs to be putting in one basket (the Dallas offense). I believe that by the end of the year, Dez will actually have bigger numbers than Austin (healthy, that is). So....there's always the potential to swing a trade for Dez, then trade Austin for a 2nd tier RB. If CJ goes down, you don't have much behind him. Good luck!
